Returns & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

You can notify us of your withdrawal by completing the model withdrawal form or by clearly informing us by email or another unambiguous method.

3. Returning the Product

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the product.
You are considered to have met the return deadline if you send the product before the 14-day period ends.

Please return the product in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, and follow the return instructions provided by us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The consumer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product, unless:

• we have stated that we will cover the return costs, or

• we have not informed the consumer that they must bear the return costs.

5. Risk and Proof of Return

The consumer bears the risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal.

6. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Exceptions

In certain cases, the right of withdrawal does not apply, for example:

• custom-made or personalized products

• products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (if applicable)

• digital products delivered without a physical medium (if the consumer has agreed to immediate delivery)
