These Terms apply to all orders placed via the i-rep.shop website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Ordering

An agreement is formed once your order is confirmed by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders if:

• your information is incomplete or incorrect

• the delivery address is outside our delivery zones

• payment has not been received

3. Payment

• iDEAL

• PayPal

• Credit Card

4. Delivery

Average delivery time: 7–10 business days.
Delivery occurs after payment is received.

5. Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For details, see our Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Warranty & Defects

We guarantee the quality of our products for 14 days after purchase. If products arrive damaged or incomplete, contact us for replacements.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Governing Law

Dutch law applies. The CISG (Vienna Sales Convention) is excluded.
